Terms of Service

1. Services

Emma Creatives provides graphic design, branding, web design, and illustration services. All projects are subject to a written agreement or proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is provided in project proposals or quotes. Payments are typically split into milestones:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• 50% upon project completion

For larger projects, alternative payment schedules may be arranged. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables. Emma Creatives retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback may affect project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details with third parties without consent, except as necessary to complete the work or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emma Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
